When we develop and co-ordinate a care plan we aim for as few support workers to attend a single client so that Guardian Network can ensure continued reliable and consistent care with no disruption. This tailored care program will continue to evolve with our clients changing needs.
In matching the right support worker with our clients, we take into consideration personality, culture, gender, background, language and skill specific support worker requirements. This allows the client to become accustomed to the support worker for comfort and security. You are able to meet your support worker through an introductory “meet and greet” so that you may get acquainted and comfortable.

Furthermore all Guardian Network staff possess a current police certificate for further security.
